I have established NewDecoPosters as an independant blog linked to my website at NewVintagePosters, and as a means to discuss all things deco or anything else that I fancy.

I have long been an admirer of the graphics and typography of that wonderfully creative period of the nineteen twenties and thirties, particularly the work of the great poster designers like A. M. Cassandre, Charles Loupot and George Hamel (Geo Ham) in Europe, Frank Newbould and Tom Purvis in England. And as a commercial artist working in London’s advertising industry for many years I was on occasion commissioned to produce illustrations in this art deco style.
